How long does it take to go live?

Usually 1 to 3 business days. Your own work is about an hour; the rest is Meta's reviews and us training the agent on your business.

How much does it cost?

Starter is AED 1,199 a month, Growth 2,499 and Pro 4,999, plus a one-time setup fee of 1,500, 3,500 or 7,500. Meta bills template messages separately; replies to customers are free.

Is there a free trial?

There's no free trial, but you can try a live demo any time by messaging our own AI agent on WhatsApp, and book a free demo call where we show it with your own questions.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly plans have no lock-in; cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. The setup fee isn't refundable once setup has started.

Does it speak Arabic?

Yes. The agent replies in the customer's language, English or Arabic, including a natural Gulf tone, and understands voice notes.

What happens when the AI doesn't know an answer?

It tells the customer the team will follow up, alerts your staff, and the question appears in your dashboard so you can teach it the answer in one click.

Is my customers' data safe?

Yes. Data is encrypted, stored for your business only, and handled under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. We never sell data or use it to train public AI models.

What are your support hours?

The AI agent answers 24/7. Our Dubai team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Gulf time, on WhatsApp and email, with priority support on Growth and Pro.
