Terms of Service

These terms apply to erosa.ae and to the AI agent platform provided by ROSA eSolutions FZE. A signed proposal or service agreement with a client takes priority over these terms.
Using the platform
Clients keep ownership of their WhatsApp Business account, phone number, content and customer data, and are responsible for having consent to message their customers and for following the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's Commerce Policy. You may not use the platform for spam, unlawful content or prohibited goods.
AI responses
AI agents can make mistakes. Clients review the knowledge and instructions their agent uses, and the agent hands conversations to a human when it is unsure or when a customer asks for a person.
Fees
Platform fees are set in the client's plan or proposal. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta directly to the client's own WhatsApp Business account.
Liability and law
The website and platform are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months before a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE.
