Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how.
If you chatted with a business on WhatsApp
Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", your WhatsApp phone number and the name of the business you messaged. You can also ask the business directly.
If you are a client who connected a WhatsApp Business account
Email [email protected] from your account email to disconnect and delete your data. You can also remove our app at any time in Meta Business Settings under Integrations, which revokes our access immediately.
What happens next
We confirm your request within 5 business days and delete your messages, contact details, leads and any stored access tokens within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices). We email you when deletion is complete.
