Where is ROSA based and who do you work with?
ROSA eSolutions FZE is based at A5, Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis. We work with businesses across Dubai, the UAE and the wider GCC, in English and Arabic.
How do I start a project?
Send us a quote request or a WhatsApp message with what you need. We reply with questions or a short call, then a written proposal with scope, timeline and price.
What are your working hours?
Our Dubai team works Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Gulf time. Our AI assistant on WhatsApp answers 24/7.

How do I pay?
AI agent plans are paid by card online in AED through Stripe, monthly or annually. Project work such as websites and campaigns is invoiced as set out in your proposal.
Can I cancel my AI agent plan?
Yes. Monthly plans have no lock-in; cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. The setup fee isn't refundable once setup has started.
Where do I log in?
AI agent clients log in at agent.erosa.ae/dashboard to see conversations, leads, reports and setup steps.
